This evening, my brother brought us to Serangoon to have fish head steamboat. When my mother kept asking him where we were going, he didn’t reply and just told her to follow him.

This fish head steamboat is one of the stalls in the coffee-shop. My brother queued while my mother and I sat down to wait.

He ordered:

DIY style. You queue for it and carry it back to your seat. You bring the pot to the stall if you want more soup.

Sea Cucumber and Leek
We only had this other dish. The sea cucumber was very soft and very jelly-like.

We each had a bowl of rice.

Just a simple and nice dinner.

As my mother didn’t want to walk to the opposite side of the road, we took a bus to Toa Payoh Interchange and from there, we took the same bus service home. Hahaha... Oh, when we were on the bus to Toa Payoh, my brother's friend rang him to tell him that they were going to have fish head steamboat. My mother said his friend should have called earlier so we could reserve the table for them. My brother said that friend of his is a regular customer. When he goes there, he will tell the boss his order.
